小菜食譜|沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲 Satay Beef and Glass Vermicelli in C

沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲係去大牌檔食飯嘅必點菜式,貪佢惹味香濃好送飯。其實呢道菜自己整話都無咁易,成本仲好平添,快啲睇片試下啦

食材
肥牛片 Beef slices 300克/g
沙嗲醬 Satay paste 3湯匙/tbsp
粉絲 Glass vermicelli 1札/pack
乾葱蓉 Minced shallot 1湯匙/tbsp
薑蓉 Minced ginger 1湯匙/tbsp
蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙/tbsp
指天椒 Facing heaven pepper 1隻/pc
水 Water 300毫升/ml
生粉水 Starch solution 2湯匙/tbsp
葱花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some

作法:
1 :
粉絲浸軟,擠乾水備用 Soak glass vermicelli until tender. Squeeze dry.
2 :
指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.
3 :
肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.
4 :
原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.
5 :
下沙爹醬炒香 Add satay paste and stir fry until fragrant.
6 :
加水及生粉水煮至濃稠 Add water and starch solution until the soup is thickened.
7 :
下粉絲 Add glass vermicelli.
8 :
放上肥牛片,灑葱花即成 Add beef slices. Garnish with chopped spring onion and done.
