雞翼食譜|栗子可樂雞翼 Braised chestnut and chicken wings in

用可樂煮餸都唔係新奇事,不過配搭唔同嘅材料又會有唔一樣嘅味道。好似呢道菜式,除咗雞翼之外,連栗子都吸收咗可樂嘅味道,食落真係幾特別㗎,你都一於試下啦!

食材
栗子 Chestnut 1磅/lb
雞翼 Chicken wing 12隻/pcs
可樂 Coke 1罐/can
生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
蠔油 Oyster sauce 2湯匙/2tbsp
老抽 Dary soy sauce ½湯匙/tbsp
冰糖 Rock sugar 1湯匙/tbsp
薑 Ginger 2片/slices

醃料
生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
紹酒 Shao Xing wine 1湯匙/tbsp

作法:
1 :

栗子殼鎅十字花,放滾水中煮10分鐘 Cut a cross on top of each chestnut. Boil for 10 minutes.
2 :

在水喉下沖洗約2分鐘後去殼去衣 Remove the hard shell and membrane of chestnuts.
3 :
雞翼洗淨抺乾,加醃料醃15分鐘 Pat dry chicken wings. Marinate for 15 minutes.
4 :

爆香薑片,下雞翼煎至兩邊微焦 Saute ginger slices until fragrant. Add chicken wings and pan fry both sides until golden brown.
5 :

下冰糖、生抽、蠔油及老抽,兜勻後下栗子 Add rock sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir well then add chestnuts.
6 :

下可樂至蓋過所有材料 Add a can of coke to cover all ingredients.
7 :

滾起後轉中細火炆至汁濃稠即成 Turn to low heat after boiling. Braised until sauce is thickened.
