火鍋湯底食譜|瓜牛奶美人火鍋 Pumpkin and milk hotpot

湯底
牛奶 Milk 1000毫升/ml
洋蔥 Onion ½個/pc
牛油 Butter 20克/g
清水 Water 適量/To use

食材
南瓜 Pumpkin ½個/pc
栗米 Corn on the cob 1條/pc
牛肉片 Beef slice 適量/Some
新鮮香菇 Fresh shiitake mushroom 6隻/pcs
紅蘿蔔 Carrot 1條/pc
娃娃菜Baby Chinese cabbage 1棵/pc
金菇Enoki mushroom 1包/pack
青蔥 Spring onion 1根/ stalk

作法:
1 :

紅蘿蔔,南瓜切片,娃娃菜、栗米、金菇切塊,青蔥切段,香菇鎅花,洋蔥切碎 Cut carrot and pumpkin into slices, baby Chinese cabbage, corn on the cob and Enoki mushroom into pieces, spring onion into sections. Cut a cross sign on top of mushroom. Chop onion.
2 :

鍋中放入牛油, 洋蔥小火炒至半透明 Heat butter in the pot. Stir fry onion until translucent.
3 :

加入清/水雞湯攪拌均勻 Add water or chicken stock and stir well.
4 :

加入牛奶,將所有配菜放入鍋中煮滾即可 Add milk. Add ingredients and bring to a boil.
