炸雞食譜|芝心炸雞卷 Deep fry chicken roll with cheese fill

這道芝心炸雞卷外層酥脆香口,內裡的雞肉和芝士則柔軟而多汁,口感十分豐富,加上雞肉和芝士的味道完美地融合,令人回味無窮。

食材
雞扒 Chicken fillet 3塊 /pcs
芝士 Cheese slice 2片/slices
雞蛋 (拂勻)Egg (Whisked) 2隻/pcs
乳酪 Yogurt 2湯匙/tbsp
麵粉 Flour 適量/Some
麵包糠 Bread crumbs 適量/Some
碎黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 少許/Some
紅椒粉 Paprika powder 少許/Some

作法:
1 :

雞扒去皮,鋪在保鮮紙上 Remove the skin of chicken fillet. Cover with food wrap.
2 :

用麵粉檊拍扁 Flatten and thin it with a rolling pin.
3 :

在雞扒上灑上碎黑胡椒及紅椒粉 Sprinkle on black pepper and paprika powder.
4 :

鋪上芝士片及乳酪 Put cheese slices and yogurt on top.
5 :

將雞扒捲實,冷藏15分鐘 Roll the chicken fillet tightly. Freeze it for 15 minutes.
6 :

除去保鮮紙,在雞卷表面沾上麵粉、蛋漿及麵包糠 Remove the food wrap. Coated with flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs.
7 :

燒熱油,放入雞卷,中火炸至熟透 Deep dry the chicken roll over medium heat until fully cooked.
8 :

切件享用 Enjoy in pieces.
