舊歌真係好聽啲?調查: 過30歲就唔會聽新歌

逛街聽到商場在播自己喜歡的舊歌,總會覺得特別好聽,但播到新歌就沒有這種感覺。難道舊歌真的特別耐聽,才令我們更愛聽舊歌?


舊歌刺激大腦釋放化學物質 越聽越開心

當我們聽到喜歡的歌,大腦就會受刺激而釋出催乳素、多巴胺、催產素和血清素等化學物質,這些化學物質水平越高,就會越覺得舒服和開心。而且有研究顯示,聽舊歌時會激活大腦負責情緒的區域,讓人有好心情,尤其是那首歌能觸發某段印象深刻的記憶時,心情就越好。


青少年時期荷爾蒙多 情緒波動大

有調查發現,人過了30歲往往不會再聽新的歌手和歌曲,是因為長大後不愛聽新歌嗎?其實大腦在我們12到22歲之間,會分泌更多荷爾蒙,情緒波動也更大,更可能永遠記得當時喜歡的歌,但長大後聽歌不會再出現如此強烈的情緒,並非長大後不愛聽新歌。
