雞翼食譜|蝦膠釀雞翼 Chicken wings filled with minced shri

新年除咗傳統嘅意頭菜,都可以整唔同嘅菜式,最緊要係賣相靚,仲要一家大細都啱食。好似呢款蝦膠釀雞翼,除咗啖啖肉食得夠方便之外,佢嘅賣相仲十足一粒粒金元寶,夠晒好意頭!團年或開年一於試下整啦!

食材
無骨雞翼 Boneless chicken wing 8隻/pcs
蝦仁Shrimp 230克/g
豉油Soy sauce 2 湯匙/tbsp
糖 Sugar ½茶匙/tsp
鹽Salt ½茶匙/tsp
胡椒粉 Pepper powder ½ 茶匙/tsp
生粉 Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
蔥 Spring onion 1棵/Stalk
蜜糖 Honey 適量/Some

作法:
1 :

用豉油、糖、鹽、胡椒粉、生粉醃無骨雞翼 Marinate boneless chicken wings with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and corn starch.
2 :

以刀背拍扁蝦仁,剁成蝦膠 Smash shrimps.
3 :

蔥洗淨切粒 Clean and dice spring onions.
4 :

蝦膠加入胡椒粉、鹽、蔥粒拌勻 Season minced shrimp with pepper powder, salt, spring onion and stir well.
5 :

釀入雞翼內 Stuff in chicken wings.
6 :

以180度氣炸7分鐘 Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes.
7 :

打開氣炸鍋掃上一層蜜糖,再氣炸3分鐘 Brush on some honey, air fry for 3 minutes more.
