三星宣布全球停售Note 7 新舊用戶應全部關機停用

【星島日報報道】三星手機Note 7自推出後，一直出現「自爆」情況，事件一直延燒，直至美國時間10月10日，三星正式發出聲明，宣布全球停售，以策安全。三星又要求所有使用NOTE 7的用戶關機，更指明包括「已換機」的新版NOTE 7。至於退款及補償，則要留意網頁及致電熱線。 昨日南韓《中央日報》報道，三星電子的合作公司等相關業界表示，三星電子已經暫停生產 Note 7，負責向全球供給產品的越南工廠估計也在停產之列。 業界消息稱，這是三星為保證美國、中國以及南韓等全球消費者的安全而與韓國國家技術標準院、美國消費者產品安全委員會和中國管理當局等各國政府機構共同採取的措施。 三星聲明原文 We are working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to investigate the recently reported cases involving the Galaxy Note7.
