夏季高溫天氣來襲 5招令你極速降溫!

最近香港天氣酷熱,很多人因為天氣炎熱而體溫飆升。如果身體不能自然散熱的時候,很多人都會感到頭暈、頭痛、嘔心,嚴重的會中暑,危害生命!原來有5大方法可極速降溫?


多補充水份

當體內溫度過高時,身體會不斷排汗以降低體內溫度。如果人們身體水份不足,身體就不能透過排汗散熱而令體溫降回正常水平,甚至更容易中暑。因此人們應該多喝水,最有效補充水份的是運動飲料,不宜喝咖啡或茶,當中的咖啡因雖然利尿,但會增加排汗量,水份更易流失。


多吃天然食材

  • 含水份量高的蔬果:水果(哈密瓜,西瓜)蔬菜(青瓜)都含有豐富水份,幫助補充水份而有利排汗

  • 喝薄荷茶:薄荷含有薄荷腦的成份,具備清涼的作用,也能促進排汗,幫助身體降溫

  • 塗蘆薈汁液:將蘆薈汁液塗在皮膚上,能夠達到清涼降溫的作用

  • 吃辛辣食物:辛辣食物更容易刺激身體,令身體的新陳代謝速度加快,將熱更快排出,也代表排汗速度更快


色彩靜心

顏色有分為冷暖,而藍綠紫色通常是冷色,在家中多擺一些冷色系的事物例如薰衣草,迷迭草等,或者放一張風景畫,能夠使人靜心,視覺上也令人見寒心涼


香氣散熱

香氣精油含有薄荷醇,這些薄荷醇可以令人們的腦袋發出體溫比外面低的訊號,而且輕盈清爽的香氣令人們感到放鬆,從而降溫


冥想自然涼

一個人減低新陳代謝的速度,就能減少體溫。當透過冥想以放鬆身體時,就能體驗較寧靜的心靈,也能降低熱量產生
