魷魚食譜|照燒魷魚 Squid in Teriyaki Sauce

朋友聚頭想食日本菜,通常都會去居酒屋,而照燒魷魚則是必叫的菜式,甜甜的照燒汁加上爽口的魷魚,實在令人想一食再食。照燒魷魚無論材料和做法都非常簡單,不如試試自己煮吧!

食材
魷魚 Squid 1隻/pc
日式醬油 Japanese soy sauce 3湯匙/tbsp
味醂 Mirin 2湯匙/tbsp
料理酒 Cooking wine 1湯匙/tbsp
砂糖 Sugar 2茶匙/tsp

作法:
1 :

魷魚除去眼、內臟和軟骨,洗淨抹乾及?橫紋 Remove the eye, internal organs and soft bone of the squid. Wash and pat dry. Cut some slits widthwise on one side of the squid.
2 :

將所有醬料與魷魚混合,醃最少15分鐘 Marinate the squid with all sauces for 15 minutes.
3 :

燒熱油鍋,魷魚瀝乾醃料後,先以中火煎有橫紋一邊2分鐘以定型,再翻面煎2分鐘 Pat dry squid. Pan fry the cut side for 2 minutes. Pan fry the other side for 2 minutes.
4 :
倒餘下的醃料倒入,中火煮濃稠及魷魚熟透即成 Add all remained sauce. Cook until the sauce is thickened. Done.
