[氣炸鍋食譜] 蝦膠釀雞翼 Chicken wings filled with minced shr

得閒拍下蝦膠,可以舒壓、運動,同食到彈牙嘅蝦膠釀雞翼。蝦膠釀雞翼,將兩種口感結合埋一齊,連肥媽都鍾意食!咁多好處,仲唔即刻跟住整?

食材
無骨雞翼Boneless wings 8隻
蝦膠 Minced shrimp 230克
豉油Soy sauce 2 湯匙2 tbsp
糖Sugar 1/2茶匙½ tsp
鹽 Salt 1/2 茶匙½ ts
胡椒粉 Pepper powder ½ 茶匙½ tsp.
生粉Corn starch 1 湯匙1 tbsp
蔥Spring onion 3湯匙3 tbsp.

作法:

先用鹽、糖、胡椒粉、豉油、生粉醃無骨雞翼 Marinate boneless wings with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and corn starch.

蔥洗淨切粒 Clean and dice spring onions.

蝦膠加入胡椒粉、鹽、蔥粒拌勻後塞入雞翼 Season minced shrimps with pepper powder, salt, spring onion, stir well and stuff it in wings.

180度氣炸7分鐘,打開氣炸鍋掃上一層蜜糖,再氣炸3分鐘。 Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes, brush on some honey, air fry for 3 minutes more.
