美國將針對華為、ZTE 的電訊禁令延長至 2021 年 5 月

華為被美國商務部列入實體清單的重要因素之一,就是美方堅持認為華為、ZTE 等中國電訊設備製造商可能會構成國家安全風險。而與此相關的「國家緊急狀態令」最近又有了更新,川普政府早些時候宣佈將其有效期延長至明年 5 月,在此之前美國企業都不得採購或使用存在「不可接受」國家安全風險的電訊設備。考慮到中美關係最近並沒有什麼緩和的跡象(甚至因為新冠疫情變得更糟),美方的這一舉動實話說也不算是在意料之外啦。

從華為的角度出發,這當然不是什麼好消息。但僅以業績來說,他們的在美業務對整體的貢獻倒也說不上很大。更麻煩的,還是沒法恢復跟美國供應商的合作關係,畢竟很多東西都是沒法直接找到替代品的。
