Switch 2主機被爆料在美國利潤微薄，賣一台僅賺4美元

任天堂新主機 Nintendo Switch 2 一台 449.99 美元（台灣建議售價為新台幣 14,380 元），推出後接近 PS5 的價格，以及遊戲《瑪利歐賽車世界》80 美元爭議，都讓不少玩家抱怨太貴。而最近卻有爆料聲稱 Switch 2 即便定價為 449.99 美元，但任天堂在美國每賣出一台 Switch 2 卻僅有 4 美元（約新台幣 128 元）的利潤。

根據內容創作者 Nintendo Prime 爆料，美國實體遊戲零售商 Double Jump Games，在訂單中注意到，任天堂在美國販售的硬體利潤微薄，幾乎沒有任何利潤，每賣出一台主機只能賺 4 美元，成本基本上與在美國的營運成本相抵。事後 Nintendo Prime 也補充，這 4 美元是零售的利潤，而任天堂是以成本價在販售。基本上不賺錢。

當然，過去在 Microsoft、Sony 和 Nintendo 的主機大戰中，這種現象中並不罕見。主機公司主要是通過販售遊戲來獲得利潤，而非販售硬體。尤其是隨著主機推出的時間拉長，硬體生產成本也會逐漸降低，而任天堂每年的遊戲銷量也證實了這點，Switch 僅靠自家第一方遊戲，以及獨立遊戲就能在遊戲市場上獲得領先的地位。
