【傳真社Fact Check】中國坦克進白俄干預示威？實為參與國際軍事比賽

Telegram 頻道 「探子Channel」早前發文指中國坦克部隊進入白俄羅斯干預當地示威活動，截至昨日吸引約13,500人次閱覽，並一度在連登討論區廣傳，傳真社查證後發現該消息是利用部份真實的事件加上虛構元素創作出來的假消息。

探子Channel於8月14日以中英文發文指有突發消息，中文指「中共及俄羅斯軍隊正式干預白羅斯革命。當中中共派出坦克及軍隊進入當地。」英文版本則指「Chinese tanks enter Novosibirsk. The AST54 public reports on VKontakte stated a train with military trucks, off-road vehicles, as well as tanks with distinctive signs of armed forces of the PRC applied to them, was seen on the railway tracks near the Burginsky bridge.」

中文版本的發文指中國坦克進入當地，根據上文下理一般會認為是進入白俄羅斯，但英文版本則指中國坦克進入「Novosibirsk」。據Google Earth顯示，Novosibirsk地點為俄羅斯南部的新西伯利亞市，而非白俄羅斯，兩者直線距離相隔約3,500公里。

英文版發文又提到一個名為AST54的公開報道，記者以英文及俄文搜尋了AST54在俄羅斯社交平台VK的帖文以及其Telegram頻道，均不見有相關報道。

記者進一步搜尋更多關於中國解放軍進入白俄羅斯的資料，最後確認中國解放軍坦克部隊事實上是進入俄羅斯境內，但不是為了干預白俄羅斯示威活動，而是參與由8月23日至9月5日舉行的「國際軍事比賽2020 (International Army Games 2020)」。

從軍事新聞網站Defense Blog的報道可見，有八一標誌的解放軍坦克車正在從貨運火車上吊運，與探子Channel的英文描述「a train with military trucks, off-road vehicles, as well as tanks with distinctive signs of armed forces of the PRC applied to them, was seen on the railway tracks near the Burginsky bridge」非常貼近，但地點不是新西伯利亞的Burginsky bridge，而是位於中俄邊界的俄羅斯城市外貝加爾(Zabaykalsk)。

傳真社向探子Channel查詢有關消息的來源，以及會否就虛假消息刪除發言。探子Channel回覆查詢時表示，「該post已移除 同時為提高本頻道可靠性 日後會增加人手進行多重Fact-check。」
