去一趟澳洲可絕對不能少了咖啡，不過即使待在台灣，我們也有不少選擇，無論是墨爾本人氣咖啡店 ST. ALi 快閃店，又或者是這回 Popbee 要跟大家介紹的雪梨精品咖啡「LEIBLE COFFEE」台北士林旗艦店。LEIBLE COFFEE 由 Yama 一手打造，來自韓國的他在 19 歲時開始踏上成為咖啡師的旅途，並且在 2018 年拿下世界杯測師大賽的冠軍，也因此選擇了自己有濃厚興趣的澳洲，成立 LEIBLE COFFEE。

LEIBLE COFFEE 目前在雪梨擁有 4 間門店，以及一間咖啡烘焙場，這回 Yama 帶著 LEIBLE COFFEE 跨出澳洲，來到台北士林咖啡第一間海外分店，即將在 8 月 10 日正式開幕。

LEIBLE COFFEE 士林旗艦店採用獨棟裝潢，延續品牌標誌性的鼠尾草綠，兩層樓的空間賦予店內慢悠愜意的氛圍，一樓為咖啡師的沖煮吧台及展品區；二樓則設計為顧客內用區並設有玻璃窗景，讓您想用餐品之餘還能感受舒適的自然採光。

冰抹茶拿鐵

在 LEIBLE COFFEE，手沖系列是許多顧客必點招牌，其使用的單品豆皆是在澳洲烘豆後直接空運來台，來店即可品嚐到正宗的澳式咖啡。不僅如此，為了 LEIBLE COFFEE 士林旗艦店，主理人 Yama 同步準備了混調限定單品豆－Limitless-藝妓咖啡豆拼配。另外，還有冰奶油咖啡、荔枝冷萃咖啡，以及來自韓國濟州島 Osulloc 茶園優質茶葉所製成的綠茶及冰抹茶拿鐵，皆是適合台北的炎夏，甜度較高同時帶出滿滿豐富滋味的限定特調。
